At last the time has come: the registration for the Camp 2025 is online!

You may have noticed that we are a little late. This is due to the fact that this year’s preparations had a few hickups. Therefore, we had to make some adjustments and restrictions – here we go:

The registration is binding this year, which means that everyone who wants to come must register in advance. Unfortunately, we did not manage to offer an English registration formular this year. If you don’t have an AI-tool or a person to support you with the text parts, please provide only your Name & Email at the top, scroll to the bottom where it says „Was ist … + …“ and enter the sum of the two numbers and then click „ANMELDEN!“

Also, there is a change regarding overnight stays in cars: there will be no car-sleeping spaces for camp participants this year. Exceptions only apply to families with children up to 3 years of age, people with disabilities and for set-up and dismantling. This you can mention when you register. All others are requested to arrive with a tent ⛺🌲

Due to higher expenses this year, we also had to increase the contribution for the participants. We recommend a donation of 40-80 euros for the entire period. This does not include expenses for food. The kitchen’s recommendation for donations is 8-12 euros per day per person for three meals. Of course, our policy still applies: if you have less, you pay less and come anyways!

At our last big plenary session at the Naturfreundehaus near Würzburg we took a lot of time to discuss the necessary changes, organise ourselves accordingly and check in with all areas to see how things are going. The conclusion is: great!
Lineups of Stylehang, Punxpalast and Waldbühne are largely in place, a children’s disco is planned, the café will surprise us this year with an innovative programme and many workshops have already been confirmed. You will find updates on the website soon.

However, we still need support in some areas, especially during the camp. So if you’ve always wanted to get involved in the organization of the AMS, but never really knew where or how to, there are various opportunities this year. With all of them you are involved in a crew or working group and can use your special
skills in a targeted manner. Specifically, it’s about the following:

– IT support (Internet & telephone support, finding short-term solutions to technical problems)
– Event technology at Waldbühne and Stylehang
– Technical Support to the Workshop-AG, e.g. setting up & operating beamers, printers etc
– First Aid – people with nursing/medical background to expand the existing Sani-group in shifts of responsibility
– Translators (English) for live translations of workshops and/or translation of texts & information

As always, we want the camp to be relaxed for everyone. To this end, our awareness structure and RadicalCareGang (RCG) also urgently need people to take on a shift of responsibility during the camp this year. As a tandem of two you will be responsible for one day for briefing the camp-shifts, being the contact person for awareness issues at the camp and taking decisions with the camp organisation if necessary. The specific shifts will be discussed and allocated together with the RCG and awareness group in advance.
